Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full session fee.
Payment Policy:
Credit cards accepted - VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Payment methods are stored securely and processed using Stripe through Jane App.
Extended Health Coverage Insurance:
Psychotherapy is covered by many extended health coverage plans. Please contact your health insurance provider to ask if psychotherapy by a "Registered Psychotherapist" is covered. You can then submit receipts to receive reimbursement from your provider.
Communications:
E-mail should only be used for the purposes of administrative tasks such as booking, canceling, rescheduling appointments, or trouble accessing video appointments. I will respond to your e-mail within 48 hours. Please do not include any personal information or therapeutic information within e-mails, due to ethical concerns and privacy concerns.
